Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item within 30 days of delivery.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the appropriate warehouse address.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack the electronics or filament spools in their original boxes to prevent damage during transit.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once received, our technicians will inspect the product and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
